Do you deliver?

Yes.  I deliver custom cakes and catered products to NYC, Rockland County, Westchester and Bergen County.  

Delivery to NYC or Bronx requires a minimum order of $400.

Bakery items and Everyday Cakes are pick up only. You are welcome to pick up at our Valley Cottage location or our Palisades Mall location.  

Can I pick up my order? Where are you located?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up.  We are located at 495 Kings Hwy, Valley Cottage, NY. Rockland County or The Palisades Mall location, 1000 Palisades Center Drive, W. Nyack, NY 10994

What is the best way to contact you?

The best, most effective form of contact is email, for custom cake or catering orders.  

Do you offer tasting consultation?

Yes.  Consulatations are offered for wedding cakes over $300 and the fee is $35.  You will receive 4 flavors to taste and I will work through your ideas with you for your big day's fabulous cake.

Do you offer a breakfast menu?

Yes. We are open for breakfast from Tuesday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm at our Valley Cottage location and 8:30am-9:30pm Monday- Saturday & 9am-7pm on Sundays at out Palisades Mall Location.  We offer coffee, scones, muffins,  and croissants.  All baked fresh!

Do you ship your cakes and cupcakes?

No, we don't ship any products at the moment.  Please check up on us often as this may change in the future.

What cake flavors and fillings do you offer?

I offer a variety of flavors.  Please see my Flavors tab for more information.

Do you make Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher or Dairy Free Cakes?

We do make Gluten Free cupcakes in Vanilla or Chocolate and our Chocolate Truffle Cake and Triple Chocolate Mousse cakes are gluten free as well.  Our Peanut Butter Kiss cookies, French Macarons and Chocolate Dipped Macaroons are gluten free as well.

Gluten free cupcakes are not kept in stock and need to be special ordered.  Please call atleast 2 days in advance to place your gluten free*** cupcake order.

Please note that we are a Gluten Free Friendly facility but we are not strictly a gluten free facility.  This means that there is a chance for cross contamination.***

We do not sell Kosher, Vegan,  Dairy Free or Sugar Free products at this time.  

Do you make Sugar Free Cakes?

Not at this time.

Do you take returns or offer refunds?

Unfortunately not.  All sales are final and we can not take back food products (which is all we sell) or offer refunds.

How far in advance should I place my custom cake order?

2-4 weeks notice is typically recommended. However, we suggest contacting us 6-8 weeks ahead of time if your event will take place during April-June as those months book up very quickly.  You are always welcome to contact us if you need a cake within the week.  We may be able to accommodate you.

Do you have a retail store with treats on hand for purchase?

Yes. Visit our shop. 495 Kings Hwy, Valley Cottage, NY  

or our new mall Location, 1000 Palisades Ctr. Dr., W. Nyack, NY

Is a deposit/retainer required when placing an order?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required for all custom and pre-orders. Your order will not be considered confirmed or placed in our calendar until the retainer is received.  Full payment is due when the order is for the same week.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Credit cards and Cash. 

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

No refunds or exchanges are given for our bakery items.   

For Custom orders:

A retainer of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full ONE WEEK BEFORE delivery or pick up.

If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.  I will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery. Please notedelivery time is final as per the time confirmed on the contract. Changes to delivery must be confirmed no later than 1 week before the event.

In the event of cancellation:

  1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing(via email or Facebook message).
  2. If a cancellation is received, the aforementioned deposit will not refundable.
  3. If a cancellation is received less two weeks prior to the confirmed delivery/pick up date, the full deposit will not be refunded and the balance amount of your order will be due in full as well . 

*Please note that when you confirm your order and pay your retainer, that date and the time is held for you.  This means that I can not take an order for that date and time because I limit the number of cakes I make per week in order to be able to dedicate the time it would take to create your dream cake.  For this reason,  the retainer will not be refunded due to cancellation.

Do you make display cakes?

We only make display cakes for Magazine Photo shoots.  Many of our display cakes have been featured in various publications.  

Do you sell any of your products wholesale?
